This programme gives you the opportunity to create your own personal joint combination LLM by choosing any two areas of interest from the range of LLM specialisms at Kent. You choose one subject area as your ‘major' subject and study all three core modules required for that programme. You then choose a ‘minor' subject and study any three modules offered for that programme (including, but not restricted to, core modules). You can then choose to do your dissertation in either of the two areas.
This programme enables you to obtain an LLM by spending your first term at Kent, and your second at one of our partner universities in Europe, before returning to Kent to complete a dissertation. The programme gives you the opportunity to study at two high-quality Law Schools and also lets you experience two countries, their cultures and their legal systems.
