Lage Danube University Krems

Danube University Krems is facing up to the social challenge of lifetime learning: established in 1995 it is still the only university in Europe that has specialised in postgraduate continuing education.

Enthusiasm for the qualified and innovative involvement with the complex social, organisational and technical challenges presented by our society in the new Europe is what motivates the students, the teaching staff and everyone else working at Danube University Krems.

E-Government offers the chance to bridge new public management theory and redesign of public sector governance for the benefit of government and citizen. It is not solely about applied information technology but encompasses a broad area of scientific disciplines, covering law, managment theory, social economy and IT.

We understand the demand and our course transports the neccessary knowledge. The course connects academic research patterns with applied good practice themes, thus enabling (ongoing) leaders and project managers to successfully finalize e-government projects.
